INSTRUCTION DE DÉSACTIVATION

Le TRACY TAG peut être désactivé afin d’empêcher le partage de sa position. Une fois désactivé, il ne signalera plus sa position au réseau Google Find Hub ni au réseau Apple Localiser, et le propriétaire ne recevra plus de mises à jour sur sa position actuelle. Il cessera également de déclencher les alertes de traceur inconnu.
Si vous recevez une notification sur votre appareil Android ou iOS indiquant qu’un TRACY TAG a été détecté à proximité et que vous ne reconnaissez pas cet appareil, vous pouvez le faire sonner via la notification système. Après avoir localisé l’appareil, suivez les étapes ci-dessous pour le désactiver.
Désactivation via le bouton:
Localisez le bouton sur votre TRACY TAG.
Appuyez fermement sur le bouton pendant 5 secondes jusqu’à entendre deux bips courts.
Relâchez le bouton lorsque vous entendez les deux bips courts : le TRACY TAG confirmera qu’il est désactivé.
Désactivation par retrait de la batterie:
Séparez le produit en deux parties par l’espace entre le couvercle supérieur et le couvercle inférieur du TRACY TAG.
Retirez délicatement la batterie.
Reconnectez le couvercle supérieur et le couvercle inférieur du TRACY TAG et appuyez fermement.

Réactivation du TRACY TAG
Pour réactiver le TRACY TAG, appuyez sur le bouton ou réinstallez la batterie.
- Appuyer sur le bouton : appuyez une fois sur le bouton. Lors de la réactivation, un bip retentira.
- Remplacer la batterie : si vous avez retiré la batterie, insérez une nouvelle pile bouton CR2032 avec le côté positif vers le haut et refermez l’appareil.

Réinitialisation d’usine et appairage
Pour réinitialiser le TRACY TAG aux paramètres d’usine, appuyez rapidement 6 fois sur le bouton du TRACY TAG. Lorsque vous entendez un bip long, l’appareil est réinitialisé ; relâchez le bouton. Après la réinitialisation, vous pouvez appairer le TRACY TAG avec un nouveau compte Google ou Apple.
